How Lumio Studio handles accounts, files and advertising.
Accounts and essential storage
Supabase Auth handles email/password and Google authentication. Lumio stores an encrypted session on its server and an essential session cookie in your browser. Your display name and preferred language are stored with your account. The browser also remembers interface language and workspace state locally.
Files and processing
Browser processing modes operate on your device. Server modes upload your file for processing and store originals, intermediate files and results on the service. Files remain until the configured cleanup or deletion process removes them. Do not upload sensitive files without assessing whether the selected mode is appropriate.
Advertising
Advertising may be enabled on the web service. When enabled, Google and its partners may use cookies or similar technologies to serve, measure and personalize ads, subject to the consent choices required for your region. The advertising integration remains inactive until the publisher configures it. Account, authentication and download endpoints do not contain ad placements.
Control and requests
You can sign out and clear browser storage from your browser settings. This does not delete server files or your Supabase account. The account menu does not yet offer self-service account deletion. When a contact address is listed below, it can be used for account or data requests.
